Windows 7 graphics suck like vistas. How to fix?

Do i need to have a company and all that crap to make an account? could i just get in trouble for lying about all the stuff?

Long story short: The frame rates are low because your video adapter is slow as hell and Windows 7 is slightly harder on 3D accelerators (in certain ways) than Windows XP is.

Your adapter is a mass-marketed economy model that's 3 years old. Windows 7 is very friendly to older hardware, but there are some miracles it cannot perform.

unfortunetly i have a mass market card here too , but it run games smoothy ( left 4 dead , riddick , overloard 2 )
