Windows 7 graphics problems

well i loaded windows 7 as u can see why i am here cause i have a prob now i never had this when i was on xp im thinking its cause of driver or just the crap onboard video but who knows..

on some images that have a gradients or alot of color wit a gradient in it show as in the image below i would of done a screenshot but not sure if u guys would see it so i took it with camera its not clear but what u see in the image below is how it looks on my pc


i have the intel(r) 82915g/gv/910gl express chipset family onboard crap so can someone tell me if its cause of driver or something with in windows 7 cause like i said on xp i didnt have this prob and now i do and i dont have the money to get a video card

32bit, clean install as i had xp before and cant do upgrade,and i have a philips 19inch CRT

Have you run Windows Updat to make sure you have the latest drivers. The Intel site only appears to list older XP drivers (http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Sear...Chipset+Family)

Also, can you right click the desktop then click Screen Resolution > Advanced Settings > Monitor and then check that "colours" is set to 32 bit.

yup done that, i think its something to do with the driver and or the chipset i have on this board, and im thinking about just installing vista but keeping win7 on other hd tell something better comes out

The 910 chipset doesn't support Aero Glass, and there will be no drivers for it beyond Window's default driver.

The only thing I can suggest is to make sure the refresh rate is set to the correct rate to match your monitor... I can't tell if you are using an LCD or CRT, but 59 or 60 is what it should be set to.
