Not a problem. It's all good and you're welcome.

If you run into issues, make a new post here and we'll see what's going on still.

Yes, I agree about the internet. It has some downfalls but overall, a very excellent resource that can bring the world together for the better.

Daemon Tools and sptd.sys are still installed, both of which have to be removed using the previous advice shown in the thread.

hi torrent!
last night when i got back from work i checked and i found two more i guess some left overs from daemon tools and i deleted them!
cause i remember that i uninstalled this software.
when i checked for sptd.sys file in wind. folder
it was not there, but what happened when i plugged myWD external Hard Drive, it showed up there? strange,
that tells me that something happens only when my external hd is plugged into my PC!

let's see what will happen now!?

Nah, the external drive has nothing to do with the system drivers shown in the crash dumps.

It's all on your Windows partition.

But if you're getting errors by plugging in the external drive, then something is obviously not working well with it.

maybe i have first uninstaller and then installed this sptd.sys file!?
but now is not in the system anymore, for sure!
and i found two more left overs from daemon which i deleted manually and hopefully should be just fine from now on.

Honestly, if I were in your shoes, I would clean install Windows while formatting the hard drive as part of the process.

You still have Daemon Tools AND sptd.sys installed which are very simple to remove.
There are other problems as well that are fairly simple to fix but being that the above doesn't ever seem to be repaired, a clean install of Windows sure will do so.

Not really sure what else to say. I enjoy helping and everything, for sure...which is why I'm resorting to recommending a clean Windows install.

sorry dude, i know i have been bothering you!
i just saw the dater of the mini dump and it is from 10 days ago.
i just double checked and can not find any daemon tools left overs anymore and i checked again for stpd.sys,
honestly they are not here anymore!
i believe the problem is simple and easy to fix but not for me
Is it possible if something with my present win version?
i am just trying to conclude what could be the freaking problem!
you know i believe it could be one of the HD or DVD, god knows!
anyway tomorrow i am going to do as you suggest (clean win and formatting) and lets see what happens!
