Mychael - you might try installing a trial version of Raxco's PerfectDisk and see if that solves your bootup problem. It will place the boot files and folders at the front of the hard drive partition to improve and speed up the boot sequence.

Hi Nibs, Thing is, is does not happen all the time, in fact for 6 weeks or so of installation never did it at all. When it boots correctly it does it quite fast.
