Is there any difference between Windows 7 drivers and the ones from Vista? I've just been using my old Vista drivers for things like my wireless card and scanner. They work OK, so does that mean that the driver system is exactly the same in Win7?

Yes, Windows 7 is built with Windows Vista in mind, so any hardware or software you have that works with Vista will work with Windows 7.
