Welcome to Windows 7 Forum website, erdonfio!

No, you won't be able to transfer Windows 7 from the laptop to another computer.

You will have to buy another Windows 7 disc set.

erdonfio, Welcome to the forums! The answer your question, I learned a long time ago, is that the OEM install of your OS lives and dies with your computer. It's a money thing, if another computer needs an OS, you have to buy a new one for it. That's the way it works. Should you need further help, feel free to post.
