Best method is use Firefox and add the DownloadHelper Addon downloads in FLV or MP4

if IE only select the video you want - let it play - file downloaded is stored in your Temp Internet Folder in Flash FLV format. Copy and paste to the folder you want it. You may need to then convert it to WMV or MP4 if you dont have VLC or a video player that plays FLV files.
