Hello everybody,
I just installed Windows 7 64 Ultimate and most of my older games do not run. I changed the compatibility to XP and Vista and the still do not run. Can I get some help please?

Thank you

What type of games? Give names and version if applicable.

Did you run the W7 upgrade advisor prior to upgrade?

Have you checked the Microsoft compatibility center for your games?

Thank you for replying,

So far I have only loaded the following games:
BF2 does not work
Civ4 does work
civ5 works sometimes, sometimes not
Galciv2 does not work.
BF2 is on the windows 7 compatibilty center showing as good.
yes I ran the w7 advisor before installing.

Thank you

Install the latest driver from either ATI/AMD or NVIDIA, depending on your card:

Drivers & Support | GAME.AMD.COM

NVIDIA

Other than that, when you say they are not working, does it give any error message, reboot the machine, crash to desktop....what happens exactly?
