Hey all, I need some help. Any time that I insert a USB Thumb Drive into this laptop it will BSOD. Here are some minidumps from that system.

Thanks in advance,

Dave

Hi dulbrich and Welcome to The Forum.

STOP 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Usual causes:
Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility

There's nothing jumping out at me from your dmp files. I was thinking outdated USB drivers but they're not on my list of horrors.

Can you go to your Mobo Mfrs. website and make sure you have the latest drivers available?

What is Kaseya Agent being used for?
