Win7 PE boot disk

Has anyone had any luck making a Win7 PE 3.0 boot disk?
I've tried with Winbuider ver 074 but keep getting errors
with the WimUtil exe, so I've given up on that and am now
playing around with Microsoft's Windows AIK.
