I have purchased: 12x Win7 Pro's OEM English
I need to install in french.

Can i use the Technet downloads and activate with my Pro OEM keys?

are technet downloads OEM or Retail or VL versions? does it matter?

can i use the following iso with my OEM keys: fr_windows_7_professional_x86_dvd_x15-65810.iso

The keys will work! Yes you can use that ISO image file with the key. As long as their Windows 7 Professional keys, they'll work.

Technet ISO downloads will work.

You see, all versions of the install DVDs or ISOs are the same, so far as size is concerned. All x64 DVD/ISO size are about 3.02 GB while the x86 are about 2.3 GB. It's the key that makes the difference between Ultimate, Professional and Home Premium activation and the "ei.cfg" file which tells the installation what version to install, like Pro, Home Premium, etc.

If you are able to download Technet Os's, you should also be able to obtain the keys from the same site (10 for each, with almost unlimited restrictions on number of reinstalls?
