Win 7 sdk setup error

Hi all.

I am trying to install the win7 sdk in order to use the debug tools to
look at a dmp file. When I try to install it using the web setup, it says

“Setup could not find the file WinSDK_amd64\WinSDK_amd64.msi at any of
the specified source locations”.

I tried rerunning the web setup and it says the same thing. I do have
the.net 4 framework installed which it requires. I found this error here:

But it says this error usually occurs when using the ISO installer
instead of the web installer.

The one thing I have not done is try the iso installer, but was hoping
to not have to go thru all those steps.

If your purpose is to look at a dmp file because of a system crash, my
suggestion is to go in a slightly different direction and use
Nirsoft's BlueScreenView.

No installation required. Just run the program.

I'm glad you found a download link, even if it was at another site,
and I hope you find the program useful. The folks at Nirsoft seem to
be pretty good at coming up with useful utilities.

BTW, the download link at Nirsoft is most of the way down the page,
just above the multiple languages section.
