That sounds weird to me, as I can change the drive letters with card
readers in Windows 7. But it doesn't matter what Windows wants to assign
them if you have either USB Safely Remove or Zentimo. Both are neither
free and by the same developers. Both will let you hide card readers
drive letters too if nothing is inserted in them.
