Went back to my computer after about 6 hours and found it had switched to the
administrator account,. I always use a second account with my name on it, but
had never logged off and onto the admin account. The way I noticed was that
none of the programs I use were available. When I switched back to my named
account, all the programs I had left running were still open, really just a
couple of IE windows. Is this maybe the result of some update that required it
to happen or maybe a virus???

I'm the only user of this PC so it has me concerned.

Does anyone else live in the house and have a reason to mess with you?

The cat?

Without third party intervention, a poltergeist, or some weird malware,
it becomes a mystery.

3rd time now. Seems random. 3x in 2 months
Scanned by Avast and MalWare..nothing found

I NEVER use the Admin account
When I find it logged on to the Admin account, switching back to the User
account has regular programs running, usually just IE8
