How can I change the color and text size on the welcome and "Alt-Ctrl-Del" screen?

We have a light tone back ground and the welcome screen text is washed out.
I can't change the background, so i figured the text would be next best thing.
Can you help?

To do what you want check out the two links I posted below.
To change the Windows Log-on screen backgrounds and such go here:
How to change the Logon UI background in Windows 7.
For changing text, go here:
How to tweak your Windows 7 logon text & button set.
I hope this helps.

BTW, thutch007 - Welcome to the Windows 7 Forums website!
Why don't you post some screenshots of what you did so other may see them?
We're always eager to see new tweaks applied and such.
