Wacraft 3 Problem

When i start to play war3 sometimes my PC shut down.....I have 4GB RAM,Phenom 9950 x4 processor,ATI HD 4830 video with 1GB memory..I tried to install new war3 but the problem remains...My OS is now Windows 7,before i was on XP and this was the main reason to change my OS...Im tired of this problem that cost me one time 10 days bann from europe HLR room (in garena)..My PC temperature is normal,fan speed too.Pls help me if you can.Thank you!!!
