Hi,

I puchased an upgrade "Vista Ultimate to W7 ultimate" and downloaded from MS website. I would like to have the upgrade on a disk. Does the software reside somewhere on the drive? If so, should it not be in the "download" folder?

Thanks!

Was it an ISO image file that you downloaded from MS?

Do you remember the file name? If so you could do search for it.

Did you get a product key via email? If so, they may let you DL it again if you can't find it. Tell 'em the DL was corrupted.
