Vista Basic upgrade to W7 Premium

I verified that I need to do a 32 bit upgrade. I ran Win adivsor and it said I was good to go to upgrade from Vist Home Basic to W7 Home Premium. The problem is the install disc does not autostart and when I go to look at the disk I can only see a readme file and no startup.exe file.

try to change first boot device

if even this fails plz check that u have the right disk (Bootable)
