Firstly, I'd just like to point out that this is the
Windows 7 Forums, and that what you posted looks like windows XP... Also, I suppose you want help? Sorry if I may not seem very nice, it's just that it's kinda hard for me, at least to understand if you need help, or if this is a warning...
Anyway, If you need help,I advise you to try booting into safe mode and passing a virus scan. Might also be usefull to do a system restore to before the problems, if any system files got corrupted.
If you can't do anything, you could try doing what Roban said in an other post:
