I download and watch Videos a lot so i added Videos to my start menu (very easy to do)

Right click the Start button, then go to Properties > Start Menu > Customise and set the Videos to (Display as a link) and you will now find them in the Start Menu.

I found Properties > Start Menu > Customise to be very handy, the first link i added was RUN, also at the bottom of the Customise window you can change the height of your jump list and programs to display (default is 20 for each and do use small icons)

I have been displaying Games, Computer, and Control Panel as a Menu instead of a Link. You can still get them to work as Links through "Right Clicking" and selecting "Open".
