No, that's not the flag. The flag is in the registry and it caused the behavior. Usually, this happens to a drive that is about to fail or failing.

Do the command again, let it reboot and go through its process. It's the best chance.

I tried CMD mode chkdsk /f /r to ckeck the second partition (D;) of my disk. It told me that only authorized users can do that. I am logged in as administrator. What should I do?

Open CMD mode using "Run as an administrator".

Thanx, Yuo can also run CMD as an Admin biy not respondig with Enter but with Ctrl-Shift-Eneter.
Chcdsk did not do the joe however, after a while it hangs.
Found which files were the problem with the backup to my homeserver. Removed these and then the backup was ok.
