Upgrade from Windows 7 32 bit to 64 bit

Itryed to install 64 bit over 32 bit ,get staement that I need to back and use the installation disk first, which disk ?

Use the Window 7 64-bit install disc. That is if you got two discs with your Windows 7 purchase.
