Unable to launch application : Rise & Fall

After a successful install, upon launch regrettably this game returns the error code 0xc0000142, which according to Microsoft relates to the ISA (Internet Securty and Acceleration) being ineffective. Not sure if Windows 7 has an ISA built in or whether it can be updated? Not sure why this would come up in the first place. Any suggestions would be welcome. (Have a new Toshiba laptop, 500GB hard drive, Windows 7, AMD Sepron SI 42 / 2.1Ghz processor). Many thanks.

Howdy Sniper... you might give this a try, it seems to have worked for several people. I'm not sure how to disable the automatic embedded video, but you need to view it in youtube as the links are included in the video description:
