Ultimate Windows Tweaker
This is a handy free application from the Windows Club.
It is similar to other Windows 7 tweaking programs, but a little lighter on the resources and easy to use and configure.
Try it... you just may like it!
Be sure to read the install info on the following link. What I do is just "Copy & Paste" the program folder to the C drive and use it from there.
