I am a long time user of MsPaint, I use it for a lot f my editing needs and the new ribbon interface is just an eye sour to me. I feel it is to clogged and would much rather use the original interface. Does anyone know if there is a way?

Windows 7 is going to include a lot more ribbon bars in things like Paint and Wordpad. The only way I can think of would be to download a free alternative (such as Paint.net) or transfer the old paint.exe executable file from Windows Vista to W7.
