Tubes won't open in psp x2

When I try to open my tubes,png or any thing that i open in psp get this error message

Your error message is too small to read. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the product?

I had to turn the compatiabity mode and the dep... Thank you...
Now I need getting my plugins to work in paint shop pro ultimate x2...
