How do I become the Trusted Installer if I want to delete some wave files
from my computer.

Looks like system files. The problem is........I have disabled ALL sounds (I
know how to do that).
But I still get sounds. Crazy I know. So I figured since I don't ever use
them maybe I could remove from my HD.
