I have decided to upgrade to Win 7 due to frequent BSOD crashes on my old Vista 64. Unfortunately the upgrade did not help and im getting BSOD still pretty often. Im posting log grabbed from BlueScreeView.

Yes, if you are getting BSOD on both Vista x64 and W7 x64, then it is quite probably down to bad hardware or possibly drivers.

When you say "upgrade", was this a fresh W7 install or in-place upgrade? If it's the former, did the BSODs appear straight after a clean install, without adding any drivers or software manually?

If you did the in-place upgrade, where you chose to keep alot of your programs and settings, then more than likely you will recieve these BSOD's again.
However if you did a clean install of windows 7, try checking your RAM using the appropriate program on the install disk.

I did in-place upgrade and first crash appeard shortly after instalation. I tried to upgrade few drivers, namely graphic card and mainboard one and none helped. Except frequent BSOD im getting complete freezes of the system. However, temperatures of CPU, mainboard and GPU were in limits.
I have tried replacing RAMs and that did not help either.
Now im trying my old HDD with WinXP installed. I wonder if crash appears soon too.

Doing the in-place upgrade is not recommended by Microsoft due to this exact problem. Sometimes problems from the OS before carry on into the next OS via the in-place upgrade.
I would recommend backing everything up, and a clean install will be best.
Or you could try running chkdsk /r and see if this helps. Goodluck.

I'm with olg207, I'd backup your documents, software and settings (perhaps using the easy transfer wizard) and then do a clean install.

The only other thing I can think of is a BIOS firmware update, if available. Some BIOS updates will cover things like operating system compatibility, etc.

Thank you for all your kind replies.
As i said, next thing i did was replacing HDD for older one with WinXP installed. Everything booted fine, system seemed stable so i ran few minutes of stability test under Ntune application. It worked fine. So i decided to install Win7 on this HDD. It was completely fresh installation including drive format. Few seconds after first start of installed system, PC has frozen.I really was really shocked? Fortunately, after the restart it ran stable for few hours. I did no stability tests yet, and am interested how some application with higher requirements will do.

Unfortunately fresh install did not solve much. BSOD still are often nightmare. Here are just few logs i managed to grab. Totally clueless where the problem could be.
