You should tell us what the exact error message is, and you could
probably look it up yourself by googling the exact error message.
I'm guessing that Windows doesn't want to delete the folder while it's
displaying the thumbnail. Try selecting a different folder, then right-
click on the folder you want to delete, so that the thumbnail doesn't
display - then choose "Delete" from the context menu. Read the dialog
boxes carefully to make sure you're not deleting the wrong folder.
