Hi

For a few weeks now my PC running Windows 7 Home Premium has been suffering from repeated crashs, BSOD and restarts. I have removed almost all added programs and reinstalled windows with no real solution as its still occuring but it seems to be sporadic.

I get the following error message on restart:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID: 2057

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 3d
BCP1: FFFFF8800311AEC0
BCP2: 0000000000000000
BCP3: 0000000000000000
BCP4: FFFFF8800F595B11
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\072114-20061-01.dmp
C:\Users\The Kev\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-47549-0.sysdata.xml

I have tried attaching the .dmp file to this post however windows wont seem to let me?

Can anyone offer any assistance?

Mate,

You have a couple of problem here. One is pointing to Avast! and the other to your video driver.

There are a couple of things that you can try.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  1. Download the latest version of AVAST!
  2. Uninstall Avast
  3. Re-install it.

Anti-virus Uninstallers
  1. The Uninstaller for AVAST can be found HERE
  2. Uninstall Avast in Safe Mode using Avastclear, HERE
  3. Run Rejzors Uninstall Utility, found HERE, in Normal Mode (removes traces avastclear doesn't) - reboot.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Download and install the latest video driver from HERE.
