Hi, I recently purchased a new laptop with Windws 7 but it is constantly freezing, sometings after 5 minutes sometimes after a a few hours, I have to switch off the laptop as nothing works and retart. i don't know if its the laptop or windows 7. Can anyone please help. Thanks
