Please, is there a step by step way to enable touch on win 7.
I have TD2340 touch monitor, connected HDMI, connected USB from monitor to PC.
Finally got "pen and touch" to appear on control panel but nothing from touch panel.
How do I actually enable touch, is there a switch?
System tells me I have 10 point touch available, so why no touch
Thanks

Have now managed two five minute periods where touch worked fine, but then stopped again.
Got this by connecting Monitor USB cable to a different USB cable, have now tried them all.

Further to the mystery, watched video on touch screen from Microsoft, found if I played video full screen, when I touched my screen I got an image of a mouse wherever I touched and it would follow my finger. But when video ended the only way to get control was to reboot.
Why me?

Look in your control panel for Touch & find the Flicks tab. Touch was not really common until W8 so I've never seen it in W7 personally but you can search youtube videos for "windows 7 touch screen" or "windows 7 flicks" which might help.
