Did a fresh install of Windows 7 PRO x64 SP1.....

Everything is working perfectly except this error that's been bugging me........ I noticed it started appearing right from the moment I installed Windows 7 so it's not related to some application I installed later on but it continues to come up very often......

Now I don't experience any errors but it just ticks me off that there IS some error happening in the background which I'd like to eliminate..... please help.....

Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

29884 18:45:57 (0) ** - a missing WMI class definition or object.
29885 18:45:57 (0) ** (See any GET, ENUMERATION, EXECQUERY and GET VALUE operation failures).
29886 18:45:57 (0) ** You can correct the missing class definitions by:
29887 18:45:57 (0) ** - Manually recompiling the MOF file(s) with the 'MOFCOMP <FileName.MOF>' command.
29888 18:45:57 (0) ** Note: You can build a list of classes in relation with their WMI provider and MOF file with WMIDiag.
29889 18:45:57 (0) ** (This list can be built on a similar and working WMI Windows installation)
29890 18:45:57 (0) ** The following command line must be used:

29892 18:45:57 (0) ** Note: When a WMI performance class is missing, you can manually resynchronize performance counters
29893 18:45:57 (0) ** with WMI by starting the ADAP process.
29894 18:45:57 (0) ** - a WMI repository corruption.
29895 18:45:57 (0) ** In such a case, you must rerun WMIDiag with 'WriteInRepository' parameter

29904 18:45:57 (0) ** This can be achieved with the following command:
