Task Bar

For some unknown reason, about six months back, my toolbar started repositioning itself without my knowledge. I set the taskbar the way I want it but it has a mind of its own and goes and resizes itself to a point where I'm unable to access it at times. I have been all over the place looking for a resolution to this issue. But there's none to be found. Could someone please help me out with this issue???

Hello,

Here's what you can try. Once you have set the task bar the way you desire, right click on the task bar and click on "Lock the taskbar"
