Remote Access Trouble

HI

I am trying to use a remote access connection from home to access a computer in my office.

Remote access is enabled on the computer in the office.

When I try to connect i keep getting an error.

The computer in the office is turned on and i am using the correct IP address.

Any ideas what might be stopping my connection?

Feel free to ask any other questions, I'm new to remote access.

I attached a copy of the error message.
