RegSvr32 error

Dear All,

My system is Win7 Home Premium 64bit.
All of a sudden, upon staring the computer, the following error appears in two small windows:
the module c:\ef8a4366\ef8a4366.dll is missing.
Searching for information about this module in Google didnt reveal any info. I dont know if
to suspect for a virus or is it an important dll.
If on the other hand, if it isnt a crucial dll, how to erase this alert.
