My Windows Fax and Scan sounds are gone

I have some issues with Microsoft Windows Fax and Scan. I had to completely delete and recreate my user account. Now the "Ta-DA" fanfare indicating sucessful transmission has disappeared. How do I get it back? The only sounds under options has to do with receiving, not sending faxes.

Right-click on an empty spot on the desktop and choose personalize (or control panel > personalization). Along the bottom open "sounds". Scroll down until you see "Fax error" and "Fax sent". Assign tada.wav to "fax sent". Click apply and then close the window. Since you have now changed the theme, save the new one (You can use the same name as the old one and then delete the old one if you like).
