In a networked environment, how are people running 'My Docs'?

We are pointing My Documents to a DFS Department share and then letting the users go to their own personal or department shared folder under that. All clients are running Windows XP at the moment which works well. I suspect we'll have issues with Windows 7.

The folder structure is roughly:-
DFS Share
.......Department Share(My Documents is redirected here)
..................................User1
..................................User2
..................................User3
..................................Shared

Can anyone let me know issues they have had with Windows 7, or any suggestions they've got which would improve our user experience.

Thanks

I had no issue with pointing W7 Pro x64 to a Windows 2003 file server, as long as folder permissions on the file server were set correctly.

I actually find the network functions in W7 operate much better in W7 than XP. W7 sees devices on the network that I had to manually point to with XP.
