Link from Outlook 2003 mail til IE8 does not work

Resently, Klick on links, received in mail with Outlook 2003 are met with an
errornote that says "restrictions in Internet Explorer does not allow this
handling."

Can i get any help on this problem?

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
