I assume you mean you have no internet connection. You likely need a network driver for the LAN port.

Use another computer with connectivity to download the driver to a flash drive then install the driver on your new computer.

Gigabyte Drivers for your MOBO
For Windows 7 (32 or 64-bit) Install: Realtek LAN Driver v7.049

And then of course make sure your LAN cable is properly connected to the motherboard and to the modem or router.

ramana, yes you can install W7 from a USB thumb drive as long as it is 4GB or more.
