How to fix windows 7 windows update fail (windows update error 0x800f081f)?

hi all . My samsung laptop windows update always fails and gives me this error:
windows update error windows update error 0x800f081f

I tried the following method but all failed and i keep getting same error back:
1)System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems
2)MicrosoftFixit50123
3)I tried samsung recovery solution 5 basic installation(Non-destructive reinstall of Windows 7)
4)made sure time,date and year are correct on my laptop.

All the above methods failed. could an expert tell me how to fix this annoying problem? looking forward for replies.Thank
