Help Pleaaase! Can't Install Windows!!

Hello,
First sorry if this is not the correct forums but I need an urgent answer to this.

I can't install Windows 8 on my new Inspiron 15z 5523 laptop.

I've got two problems.
First, the drives don't show up when I boot Windows from the BIOS.
See the images above.

And when I click Load driver

The second problem is that I can't even install the Windows while Windows is running.
The installation runs fine and when the computer restarts and continue the installation a BSOD appears.

And when I start Windows normally I get this message.

I am trying to install Windows 8 64-bit.
This is the Windows I am trying to install, It is a DVD disc my friend gave me.

Please help me...
