This poor bugger was an Apple fan but how many Windows users don't take the simplest of precaution to back-up their data to an external hard drive periodically.

i really dont have any thing on here to back up. what i have is just windows os and what i downloaded from internet.

The fears of living an electronic life.

I've always been one to back up, but usually just once a month or whenever I felt it was truly necessary. Since I bought an external 1 TB hard drive a few months ago, however, I have it connected 24/7 and have it backing up all the time. Same with my Mac mini -- I connected my older 80 GB external drive to it and am now using Time Machine.
