explorer crash


everytime i i drag a video from my folder to play on a video player it says explorer has stopped working
what is wrong

Are you using the latest patched version of RealPlayer? It looks like that is causing some problems, however I can't find any more information on "enc session.dll" to see what this dll file does.

What kind of file is this? Is it a Matroska file, also do you still get a crash if you use Windows Media Player or something like VLC?
