SOLVED Error Code 8E5E0147 - Update Failed

Recently there was a security update notification for .NET FRAMEWORK 3.5.1.
Since the update was automatic it automatically updated during shut down but on restart there was a notification that the above update has failed and it started downloading update files again but it failed again. I tried many times but it couldn't be updated

It displayed this error code

Code 8E5E0147 Windows update encountered an unknown error

I have attached pics of both the error and update history
Please kindly notify me about the solution as soon as possible

I suggest you run Windows Update and simply right-click on it and choose "hide update".
