SOLVED Cursor jumping all over the place.

Hi I recently clean installed Win 7 ultimate because of a virus on my machine HP Envy17-3002 EA.
Since the install The cursor jumps mainly three four liens above. At first I thought itwas my copy of MS office 2010. I uninstalled and reinstalled but the same problem remains. Anyone have any Idea how I can retify this Please.
