Crashing and exiting programs without any messages.

Hi friends.
I have a problem in my windows 7 x64, when i try to install some applications (such as firefox or Dot NET Framework 4 . 6 rc) the installer program automatically crashes and exit without any message.
I searched in web but can't find any solution for this problem.
