I support a small office of 50+ PC's. There is one PC giving me issues when launching an older program in Compatibility mode.
I go through the step to set it up to run in compatibility mode and it runs just fine.. However when I save the settings and try to relaunch it from the icon, it opens briefly and then closes. This program runs just fine in compatibility mode on all other PC's.
I once again go through all the steps to setup to run in compatibility mode and it again runs, but after saving it, again it will launch and then close.. I have checked the settings and it is saving them.. I have changed to run other versions of XP, VIsta Server..etc..etc. with the same results... I can't see anything on this one PC that is different from all other PC's...
Any ideas ???
