BSOD system service exception 0x0000003B help please

i just got a new gaming computer please help its annoying that it keeps restarting with the blue screen error occasionaly when im surfing the web for a couple of hours or gaming it reboots then blue screen error

Upgrade your OS to Service Pack 1.

And since you said it is a new build I suggest you test your memory and/or mem settings + voltage with 6 to 10 passes with MemTest86+.

Also check with the computer manufacturer or motherboard manufacturer and make sure you have the latest BIOS & drivers.
