Bluetooth Peripheral Device Driver

Hello,
I'm having Dell computer model Latitude D620, when I connect my phone Nokia N8 it says Bluetooth Peripheral Device Driver not found can you please help me how can I get the driver?

I don't see where your laptop comes with bluetooth capabilities. Did you add bluetooth like via a USB adapter?

You need to go to Control Panel > Device Manager and make sure your bluetooth device is there and "working properly". If not then go to the manufacturers site that made the bluetooth device and see if they offer a driver.

Once the adapter is seen there is normally an icon in notifications that you can click on and choose add a device, make sure your Nokia is broadcasting a bluetooth signal and your computer should find it then.
